  Used this company 3 times so far. They have a wide selection of carpets and the fitting has always been excellent. However there is a communication problem between the shop and the fitters. The first time they arrived to fit my carpet a day earlier than prior arranged and the third time I was told they would be arriving between 9:30 - 10 and they actually turned up at 8:10 which was totally inconvenient. When I rang the shop, the member of staff seemed unconcerned about this! I'm undecided yet whether I will use them again
